1. Privacy and Control of Usage: For any enterprise, the biggest asset is the brand, and if creating any AI model, then the brand property needs to be protected. Since a brand IP is private, the closed-source models could not work. The company needed a secure way to run the AI avatar, which can be controlled only by them.
What We Did: We built an open-source model, which was trained on brand character and hosted on rented GPUs. This way, the control over the output of the model is with the company.
2. Data for training: For any AI model, the biggest challenge is the data on which the model needs to be trained. The model will be working on various poses, use cases, ads generation and more.
What We Did: We prepared training data with all the use cases that the brand was going to work with, like product showcase poses, product in different visuals, backgrounds and more. We prepared the data in such a way that it considers all the use cases and trained the model for it.
Results: Custom AI Avatars were able to cut the production cost of brand endorsement photo shoots by 75%. The ROI on the project was over 200%
